The Outreach Program for Soccer (TOPSoccer) is a community-based training and team placement program for young athletes, ages 4.21, with mental or physical disabilities, who wish to learn about soccer and become valued team members. TOPSoccer is organized by North Texas Soccer Association volunteers.
